DONATIONS
All donations come through our main entrance. Clothing and household goods should be placed in the black bins at the front of the store. Please ask for assistance if you need a friendly staff member to help you with your donations. All clothing and household items (except large items) should be in boxes or bags. No loose items, please. Furniture donations also come in through our main entrance, but must be checked in by our staff.
WE GLADLY ACCEPT:
[New and Gently Used Items]
Furniture, clothing, toys, household goods, books, and electronics are a few examples of the categories we are looking for.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
Mattresses, box springs, sleeper sofas, entertainment centers, printers, or older televisions.
DONATION PROCESS:
All Furniture is checked in through the front door. Ask a cashier for a staff member to check it in. We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet our donation criteria.
Other items (clothing, household, etc...) can be placed in the black bins at the front of the store. Please have your items boxed or in bags.
We are unable to pick up donations. Many customers have opted to rent an hourly truck to bring donations to us. We can help unload at CHAP.
